Product Warranty and Technical Service.
REYGO SPA provides a 12-month warranty on all YAMAHA, NORD, KORG, STEINBERG, BOSE , NOVATION, ROLAND, PIONEER, SOUNDBRENNER, HARTKE, ARTIPHON, BOYA and ZOOM products, a 6-month warranty on TRANSPARENT products, and a 3-month warranty on MARSHALL and D'ADDARIO brand products, marketed by the company.
Likewise, you have the right to withdraw within 10 days for testing, exchange or refund , starting from the date of issue of your receipt or invoice of sale.
For exchanges or returns, the product must be returned in exactly the same condition as it was delivered within the timeframes specified in the law. The product must not show any signs of use or deterioration and must be returned with all manuals, bags, and packaging, free of any shipping marks or stickers. This warranty excludes wind instruments, given the product's usage characteristics.
When the customer requests to cancel or exchange a product, REYGO SPA reserves the right to refer the product to a technician to verify its correct condition, a process that will take a maximum of 48 business hours.
If the customer requests a refund, REYGO SPA will issue the refund within 48 business hours after the return has been accepted.
The warranty covers repairs for products that present manufacturing defects not attributable to third-party intervention. This warranty does not represent any cost to the customer and is subject to review by authorized technical personnel.
This warranty will not be valid in the following cases:
A) Products that have been negligently manipulated by third parties or unauthorized technical personnel.
B) Damage caused by power outages or voltage surges.
C) When the model and serial number data appearing on the product do not match those that REYGO SPA internally has as data for products sold.
D) This warranty does not cover power cables or connector cables.

Once your request is received, a member of our technical team will contact you.
BOSE.
BOSE offers a 12-month warranty on all of its products. To claim the warranty, you must have the receipt and contact the official Bose service center in Chile at (56-2) 2737 8292 / 2735 1284 option 4. The service hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The warranty is not valid in the following cases: misuse and warranty expiration.
