Geree Music (REYGO SPA) ships purchases made on the website www.geree.cl , free of charge throughout Chile through Starken (*restrictions apply). In-store pickup is also available, as detailed below:

Free promotional shipping procedure to all of Chile (Restrictions apply * ** ***).

Consider shipments through the Starken company, in a promotional manner with no shipping cost for purchases over $ 200,000 (*) , to all of Chile, to the address indicated by the customer on the purchase form, within the delivery time indicated by the transport company and informed by REYGO SPA to the customer. Once the delivery has been made by REYGO SPA to the Starken company in the cities where it operates, an email will be sent to the customer with the shipping information, tracking number and estimated arrival date informed by the transport company, possible to review at www.starken.cl

* Large products weighing more than 30 kilograms are excluded from this promotion. Also excluded from this promotion are communes or areas in remote territories, shipments to Chilean island territories, or shipments where Starken does not have direct coverage (indirect shipments).

** For all other purchases under $200,000, the shipping process will be carried out in the same manner, but with the customer paying the shipping cost upon receipt of the product from Starken . This cost, along with all shipping details, will be communicated by REYGO SPA once the shipment has been processed.

Showroom Pickup Option

You can request pickup of the product(s) purchased on our website by indicating this option on the purchase form at checkout. Pickups are only available at our showroom located at Avda. La Dehesa 440, office 503, Lo Barnechea, Santiago, Monday through Friday between 3:30 PM and 7:00 PM. Pickups can be made one business day after your purchase, and may be available sooner depending on store stock.
